What areas do you cover?

We’re a local team and we mainly work within a practical driving radius of our base. If you’re nearby, it’s usually a yes. Send your postcode and the type of job and we’ll confirm quickly.

What do you need from me to give a quote?

A short description, a couple of photos, and rough measurements gets you a ballpark. For extensions, lofts, and refurbs, we’ll usually need a site visit to price it properly. If you already have plans, drawings, or a scope, send them over.

Do you handle everything or do I need to manage other trades?

We can take the full job on and coordinate the trades needed for the work. That includes structural work, electrics, plumbing, roofing, and finishes where relevant. If you already have a preferred electrician or plumber, we can work alongside them if it makes sense.

How do you handle changes once the work has started?

Changes happen, but they need to be controlled. We’ll explain the impact on cost and timing before anything is done. If it’s a bad idea, we’ll tell you straight and suggest a better option.

When can you start, and how long will it take?

Start dates depend on current workload and the size of the job. Smaller works can often be fitted in sooner; extensions and lofts usually need more lead time. Tell us your ideal window and any deadlines, and we’ll tell you what’s realistic.
